Pinellas County Florida Boardwalk and Hiking/ Nature Trail Nomination List

The following County/ City Parks in Pinellas County Florida have been nominated for an award for their Boardwalks or Nature/ Hiking Trails. Nominations for other parks within the County is now open. Leave your nominations for consideration in the comment box below.

A final nomination list will be posted in a few weeks, then YOU can have a voice in the final selection.

To vote in the final selection, print out the final nomination list. Then visit each park on the final list and rate them from 1 to 10 using ANY CRITERIA YOU WISH. Then send your list with comments/ ratings to the email posted on the list. (Not as an attachment, but in the text of the email). The final list will be posted for three weeks.You can use this list to get a jump start visiting parks....just remember to visit and rate every park on the FINAL NOMINATION LIST once it is posted here.

You do not have to hike every trail in every park to vote, but you must (A) Visit every park and (B) submit the rating list by email before the three weeks are up.

 You must find the parks by using information on the internet and local signage, and you may consider the webpage and signage in your final decision (or not- It’s up to you). There are no "conflicts of interest" if you volunteer for a nominated park. If you think that your park has the best nature trail or Boardwalk, great...but be honest with yourself and with us! Get your friends involved- but remember you need to visit every park on the final nomination list to vote honestly.Feel free to share this URL and remember to bookmark it so you can get the final list and the email address to submit it. All you need is a Facebook page and an email address to vote.
